About Squareword
Squareword asks for something deceptively simple: a five-by-five square where every row reads left-to-right as a valid word and every column reads top-to-bottom as one too. You start with a few letters seeded in and fill the rest.
Unlimited guesses with gentle feedback make it a meditative solve, closer to sudoku's rhythm than Wordle's tension. Vowels are precious currency - place them thoughtfully and the consonants fall into line. A new lattice is printed daily.
